We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Regional Personal Training Operations to join our leadership team at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. This role is pivotal in our mission to expand the Crunch Fitness brand across multiple states.

About Undefeated Tribe: Undefeated Tribe is a proud franchise of Crunch Fitness, dedicated to enhancing community wellness through fitness, relaxation, and recovery. We are on a growth trajectory, aiming to recruit over 500 passionate individuals to join our team.

Role Overview: The Vice President will champion a culture of high performance and care, ensuring swift and effective delivery of exceptional member experiences. This leader will foster a welcoming environment that empowers all members to achieve their fitness aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO to establish a robust communication strategy and feedback mechanisms.
  • Facilitate meetings with Market Personal Training Managers and partners to assess performance and drive motivation towards achieving collective goals.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of a skilled team of Personal Training Managers.
  • Work alongside market and club leaders to meet client acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Guide Club Leaders in engaging with members to promote personal training services.
  • Oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff process, coaching PT Team members on member engagement strategies.
  • Ensure precise administration of personal training services, including program design and progress tracking.
  • Maintain comprehensive reports and data to provide insights into business performance.
  • Direct resources in alignment with departmental KPIs and organizational priorities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries promptly.
  • Report key results and action plans to Executive Leadership.
  • Conduct regular club visits and audits, sharing findings with stakeholders.
  • Support company initiatives and ongoing education as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Personal Training Management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit operations.
  • Possess relevant Nationally Accredited Certifications.
  • CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities related to fitness training.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
