Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding operational performance and exceptional service to property owners.
- Establishing a strong pipeline of third-party property management opportunities for a technology-focused management firm.
- Providing innovative strategies and guidance to colleagues on the third-party business development team.
- Cultivating a talent pipeline that supports sustainable growth.
- Enhancing operational efficiencies by overseeing and training on property management software platforms (such as Resman, Coupa, etc.).
- Developing annual operating budgets, forecasting rental income, revenues, operating expenses, and capital projects.
- Maintaining regular communication with support function leads and leadership to develop new and innovative best practices.
- Coordinating resources across the organization to support operations.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in third-party property management with strong relationships with property owners.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is required.
- Must be based in Austin or willing to relocate.
