Position Overview: We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Regional Operations to lead our Central Region. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to operate from various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of a multi-disciplinary, multi-state business operation.
- Drive profit and loss accountability while fostering client relationship growth.
- Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for the region.
- Lead the formulation and execution of the annual business plan, ensuring financial performance is monitored effectively.
- Enhance client satisfaction and cultivate robust client relationships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
- Establish and enforce effective operational and risk management protocols.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the organization as a key leadership figure.
- Engage in project reviews and provide critical input on major pursuits.
- Facilitate coordination and conflict resolution between regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 20 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing a multi-state, multi-service engineering or environmental business.
- Experience with company integrations and private equity is advantageous.
- Proven track record of leading operations with significant revenue and profitability.
- Strong client service and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to foster talent development and retention.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
