Como Vicepresidente Regional de Operaciones de Ventas, contribuirá a nuestro éxito de las siguientes maneras:

Supervisar y colaborar con el liderazgo operativo y clínico para liderar el desarrollo e implementación de una evaluación de mercado y un plan de crecimiento estratégico, revisando en intervalos regulares, al menos trimestralmente. Supervisar y revisar datos del sistema de base de datos para asegurar informes precisos del territorio, cálculos de bonificaciones, etc. Impulsar el crecimiento trabajando con el liderazgo para desarrollar una cultura de crecimiento, asegurando que las estrategias de crecimiento se discutan en una sección de reuniones locales, regionales y divisionales. Analizar tendencias de crecimiento, ingresos y rentabilidad para asegurar que se cumplan las expectativas de rendimiento de la agencia, región y división. Coordinar actividades continuas para asegurar el conocimiento de las fortalezas y debilidades de los competidores locales y regionales. Actuar como el campeón de la marca, asegurando que la gestión operativa y de ventas y el personal de ventas comprendan y puedan articular los diferenciadores. Cumplir o superar los objetivos de productividad establecidos, el crecimiento del censo y los objetivos de ingresos, gestionando la obtención de metas de los gerentes de ventas y del personal de ventas. Promover una imagen positiva del equipo y la comunicación interagencial. Proporcionar un modelo de trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad y actitud positiva. Evaluar el rendimiento de las agencias y recomendar soluciones que resuelvan barreras y problemas que impiden el logro exitoso de los objetivos de marketing regional ante el liderazgo operativo y de ventas. Reclutar, entrevistar y contratar coordinadores de atención al paciente y miembros del equipo efectivos. Realizar evaluaciones de mercado para desarrollar un plan de crecimiento estratégico que incluya la expansión del territorio de servicio, ubicaciones adicionales, ofertas de productos adicionales y oportunidades de adquisición. Participar en el desarrollo del presupuesto anual.

¿Qué se requiere?

Título universitario en un campo como Negocios, Gestión, desarrollo organizacional o campo relacionado es requerido. Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de ventas. Más de 3 años de experiencia en el sector salud, preferiblemente en atención domiciliaria o cuidados paliativos. Capacidad para viajar entre sitios y fuera del estado con pernoctaciones (menos del 75%). Habilidades demostradas en toma de decisiones, resolución de problemas, relaciones laborales y resolución de conflictos. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación para desarrollar relaciones y colaborar con todos los niveles de clientes y equipos internos, incluyendo C-Suite.
