Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with priority Regional Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase demand for our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical, to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacy directors, medical directors, and P&T committees.
  • Evaluate and address the unique needs of our Integrated Customers, working closely with Regional Business Leaders and other corporate functions to develop tactical strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives, Area Sales Directors, and Field Reimbursement Managers to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with large academic health systems, IDNs, and/or GPOs.
  • Contract management experience required.
  • Cardiology experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Managed Care coverage and product reimbursement.
  • Ability to collaborate among a range of key areas, including marketing, field team, and medical science liaisons.
  • Ability to travel >50%.
