Position Overview

As we expand our retail footprint, we are seeking a Regional Retail Operations Manager. This entrepreneurial leader will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth initiatives while enhancing the performance of our existing stores. The Regional Manager will uphold the TNB mission, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and mentor retail leaders to foster their development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement store operational processes.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for all retail positions, ensuring a focus on guest engagement and exceptional service.
  • Guide and mentor Store Managers through regular one-on-one meetings, performance assessments, and goal-setting initiatives.
  • Ensure Store Managers are accountable for their teams' development and performance.
  • Assist in succession planning to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels that align with expected demand across all locations.
  • Lead and coach teams in alignment with our core values and operational principles.
  • Plan and execute strategies for peak operational periods, including active participation on the sales floor during high-traffic days.
  • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics to assess store effectiveness against established objectives.
  • Travel to various retail locations as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Support the launch of new retail locations.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in multi-store retail management within the apparel sector.
  • At least 5 years of proven management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to driving business success.
  • Innovative thinker with a results-oriented focus.
  • Eager to learn and grow through constructive feedback.
  • Competitive spirit with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
