Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NEFCO Fire Investigations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance adjusters, property claims managers, and subrogation law firms within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share by reaching out to potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with NEFCO's services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the broader NEFCO sales team to implement best practices and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or forensic investigation industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance claims process is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
