Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive growth, maximize utilization, and occupancy percentages.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of services provided, including implementing initiatives to improve quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for the financial performance of a regional business unit, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring billing compliance and documentation.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direct supervision of Area Directors and/or Program Directors, as well as the regional support team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Business or Human Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Seven to ten years of related experience with significant management experience in the human services industry.
  • Licensure as required by state.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
