Overview
Join our team as an Electronic Equipment Technician, where you will play a vital role in the installation, upkeep, and repair of various electronic systems. This position operates under limited supervision, allowing for both independence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
As an Electronic Equipment Technician, your duties will include:
- Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices, including fire alarm systems, public address systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning components such as circuit boards, capacitors, and amplifiers.
- Conducting inspections to identify malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.
- Managing procurement of necessary materials in accordance with established purchasing policies.
- Providing maintenance for additional equipment, including HVAC systems and refrigeration units, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilizing a computerized maintenance management system to oversee work orders and track equipment status.
- Participating in renovation projects and collaborating with team members on technical tasks.
- Training colleagues on preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Special Considerations
- A valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Successful completion of a security clearance check is required.
- This role may involve a rotating on-call schedule, with potential for emergency work outside of regular hours.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions and adapt to changing work locations.
