Job Summary

Sweve Tech LTD is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services and maintenance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Service and Technical Support: Travel to various customer sites to perform service tasks, provide technical support, and deliver onsite training on the operation, repair, and maintenance of Sweve Tech products.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance services to maximize equipment uptime, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaboration and Technical Department Representation: Work closely with other engineering teams and technicians at customer sites, vendor locations, and within the office environment, and represent the Technical department in interdepartmental meetings.
  • Project Oversight and Independent Task Management: Monitor the progress of service-related projects, ensure they meet schedules, budgets, and customer expectations, and perform technical tasks independently.
  • Travel Requirements: Undertake regular short-term travel as required by project assignments, including domestic and international travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex electrical or mechanical systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver technical training
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for work, including internationally
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in providing technical support and training to clients
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance and service protocols in industrial or commercial environments
  • Project management experience is a plus
