Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to engage with major Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to secure design wins and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to promote products and drive business development activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders in the infrastructure customer base.
- Interface with sales, tactical marketing, and operations teams to forecast revenue and identify market opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with management to report critical technical or business issues.
- Work with System Architects to define product requirements and improve product roadmaps.
- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Business Unit Management to exploit these opportunities.
- Research and monitor competition, market dynamics, and design windows, and provide recommendations on required responses and/or actions.
- Develop and refine customer presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition and ensure customer-facing documents effectively communicate desired messages to maximize impact.
- Define and develop product collateral, competitive analysis, customer presentations, and field training material.
- Achieve design-win targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
- Understanding of power management applications and products.
- Experience in automotive, industrial automation, building automation, or infrastructure markets.
- High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise, and effective way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
- Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of successfully launching products, generating design wins, and driving revenue growth.
- Self-driven, strongly motivated individual capable of taking full ownership of their activities and involving other functions in the company or management when needed to bring them to a successful outcome.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate issues in a concise and effective way.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver results and keep up with the pace of the modern electronics industry.
- Domestic and international travel may be required, up to 25%.
