Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to enhance our financial operations. This role is pivotal in managing the comprehensive processes of Electronic Accounts Payable and Receivable. The successful candidate will facilitate communication, resolve accounting discrepancies, and support our teams in addressing inquiries related to financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide accounting assistance to the management team on-site.
2. Review daily financial transactions, including deposits and credit card activities.
3. Maintain inventory and implement cost control measures.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including fiscal close and audit documentation.
5. Perform essential accounting tasks such as entering invoices and sales into the general ledger, ensuring thorough documentation and management of accounts receivable and payable.
6. Analyze financial data to optimize revenue and profitability.
7. Prepare operational forecasts and monitor monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in revenue management and cash handling.
- Relevant accounting experience in the foodservice or retail sector is essential; experience in foodservice operations is advantageous.
- Proficient in preparing financial statements, key performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex processes and analyze financial information.
- Experience with sales reporting and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and fostering relationships effectively.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
