A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST
As a Lead Financial Analyst at LaCrosse Footwear, your day will commence with a focus on precise financial management. You will play a vital role in overseeing cash accounts, facilitating the month-end closing process, and generating comprehensive financial reports. Working closely with our Controller, you will ensure adherence to GAAP standards and support the smooth execution of internal and external financial audits. Your analytical expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365 will empower you to interpret complex financial data and aid in strategic decision-making that influences our company’s trajectory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of financial experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP standards
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (CPA preferred)
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet software
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfortable managing large datasets
- Proactive critical thinking with a hands-on approach
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative skills across teams
- Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Experience in both public accounting and industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365
