Position Overview

C&R Management Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Community Operations Manager who possesses a keen eye for detail and outstanding customer service skills. This role involves overseeing a vibrant apartment community.

The Community Operations Manager will handle the daily operations of the property, which includes:

  • Marketing initiatives to attract potential residents.
  • Ensuring the upkeep and integrity of the property.
  • Screening and selecting prospective tenants.
  • Managing rent collection and serving necessary notices.
  • Generating reports and preparing necessary agreements.

Location: Community Operations

Compensation: $24-$28 per hour

Work Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 5 hours daily

Weekly Hours: 25 hours

Additional Benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend, eligibility for bonuses, and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.

The Community Operations Manager will be eligible for benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

What you will bring as the Community Operations Manager:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in property management.
  • Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS365 applications including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Fundamental math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks related to rent collection, report preparation, and agreement documentation.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to learn quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance are required.
