We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employment Services Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Employment Services Manager II to drive growth and excellence within our Job Coaching department. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing daily operations, resolving client and team challenges, and upholding the Employment First initiative.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and support to a team of dedicated Job Coaches, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee in-field programs and coordinate with case managers and clients to ensure seamless service integration and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits of time clock records and client documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance with agency policies.
  • Manage client intake processes, pursue new Job Coaching opportunities, and contribute to the growth and development of our employment services program.
  • Act as a floater Job Coach when necessary to maintain service continuity and support team members.

Your Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred, or equivalent proven experience in the field of developmental disabilities employment services or a related area.
  • Minimum one year of management experience and one year of direct experience in developmental disability employment services or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and electronic record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to provide culturally sensitive services and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
  • A valid Driver's License, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check. Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a plus.
