Role Overview:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Workstream, you will play a vital role in leading our team to deliver outstanding service and delicious meals in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will help create a positive guest experience while driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven ability to motivate, train, and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Clear communication skills with both team members and upper management.
  • Solid understanding of labor control and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in P&L management and driving restaurant profitability.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in restaurant management.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
