Job Overview

Function and Purpose

Sika is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to oversee the territories of NC, SC, or GA.

This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and achieving profit targets within Sika's Resinous Flooring sector.

This position is remote, with the preferred candidate residing within the designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales growth and profit objectives across all products and systems within the Sikafloor portfolio.

2. Cultivate, expand, and manage assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction among customers and stakeholders.

3. Generate demand through effective specification and management of owner accounts.


4. Proactively follow up and close leads and opportunities provided by regional Cross-Selling Teams, Business Development Managers, and Inside Sales/Marketing.


5. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all Sikafloor resinous products and systems.

6. Maintain a prominent presence within the industry through participation in association activities.

7. Collaborate with the Sika Accounts Receivable department to implement and manage company credit and payment policies with the contractor network.

8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
