Regional Sales Executive

Position Overview:
Become an essential part of the Sales division at Cordis. The Regional Sales Executive role presents a unique opportunity to significantly impact the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities while enhancing engagement within existing accounts.
2. Exhibit exceptional product expertise, comprehension of relevant clinical data, competitive product insights, and overall industry trends.
3. Engage in cold calling, prospecting, and cultivating relationships to boost account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across designated product lines, business segments, and/or geographical areas.
4. Utilize practical knowledge in applying concepts, principles, and technical skills to perform diverse tasks.
5. Identify potential solutions to various technical challenges and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
6. Exercise judgment within established parameters, with work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.
7. Receive general guidance and may obtain more detailed instructions for new initiatives.
8. Conduct consultative sales discussions with Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Neuro Interventionalists, and Vascular Surgeons, supporting their needs in clinical settings.
9. Collaborate effectively with Cordis leadership, cross-functional teams, and field-based counterparts (Regional Directors, Associate Territory Managers, CET Team, Marketing Product Managers, Key Account Directors, Senior Leaders, etc.).
10. Provide customer insights, competitive intelligence, environmental changes, and other relevant industry information through appropriate channels to support Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience selling medical supplies and devices with a medium-length sales cycle.
- Proficient in PC applications and familiar with MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of virtual meeting software is essential.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must reside within the designated territory and be prepared to travel as necessary to meet objectives.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- US work authorization is a prerequisite for employment; candidates requiring sponsorship for a work-authorized visa will not be considered.
