Field Sales Executive

ESR Motor Systems, a leading distributor in the field of electric motors and drive solutions, is seeking a dedicated field sales executive to enhance our market presence. This role focuses on expanding our customer base in the Charlotte metropolitan area and surrounding regions. If you possess a strong sales background and a passion for serving industrial clients, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct sales presentations
- Perform needs assessments, deliver engaging presentations, and offer technical training
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers on joint visits and attend relevant industry events
- Act as a representative for the company at trade shows and exhibitions
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales to industrial clients within the region
- Possession of reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
- Residing in or around the targeted sales area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
