Front Desk Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Operations Leader to join our team at a luxury hotel in Washington D.C. As a key player in our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

About the Role:
  • Supervise front desk staff, train new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, credit transactions, and report preparation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless guest experiences through efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Estimate: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
