About the Role:

Burlington Stores is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer service initiatives, managing the front-end area, and coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless operations. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, work effectively in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer service initiatives and inspire associates to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage the front-end area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
