We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Lead to join our team at Whole Foods Market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business results.
Job SummaryThe Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading and executing our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs, ensuring seamless checkout experiences and grocery delivery/pickup operations at our assigned store. You will focus on driving safety, quality of outbound online orders, excellent pickup experience, team productivity, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities- Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and quality in all aspects of customer service and e-commerce operations.
- Team Management: Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Operations: Manage daily operations, including labor utilization, task management, and capacity planning to meet business needs and drive performance metrics.
- Communication: Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring clear understanding of expectations, goals, and objectives.
- Experience: 18+ months retail experience, including 6+ months of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong ability to perform task management, balancing dynamic customer flows; demonstrated understanding of labor utilization and task management driving performance metrics and customer experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
