About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Cook to join our team at Catch Hospitality Group. As a Pastry Cook, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet and savory items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Work closely with the sous chefs and head chef to execute operational directives and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Use available ingredients and kitchen equipment to prepare dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to execute tasks with precision and speed in a high-stress environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
