POSITION TITLE: Project Manager

DIVISION: Enterprise Solutions

REPORTING TO: Professional Services Manager

SUPERVISORY ROLE: None

WORK LOCATION: Remote

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 20%

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager in the Enterprise Services division is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities and team resources for Professional Services implementation projects. The primary goal is to ensure that the project objectives, as well as those of the company and client, are achieved within the defined timeline, scope, and budget, while following the i3 Verticals Solution Methodology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze project Statement of Work (SOW) to establish schedule, budget, resource requirements, and project strategy.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants to outline and execute project objectives.
  • Manage scope expectations by effectively communicating any deviations to all project stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and key personnel.
  • Prepare and present Project Change Requests for any scope or contract modifications.
  • Create and monitor an implementation Project Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings with the cross-functional project team.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the cross-functional project team to ensure timely progress within budget.
  • Maintain resource and project forecasts for the team's portfolio of work.
  • Identify, monitor, and address project risks and issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
  • Prepare for and lead project planning and status meetings with clients and/or management.
  • Communicate project progress and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders through status reports.
  • Coordinate efforts on custom solutions across various departments, integrating multi-department tasks into the overall Project Plan.
  • Establish criteria for evaluating project deliverables and assess their completeness.
  • Develop, maintain, and archive project documentation in a shared repository.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members proactively.
  • Facilitate, document, and share lessons learned at the conclusion of each project.
  • Participate in internal PMO meetings.
  • Incorporate lessons learned into project/process updates across Professional Services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
