Job Overview:

We are in search of a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Nashville office. This position entails delivering construction administration services for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems across a variety of projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure the effective execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Perform onsite inspections and document construction progress.
  • Address construction challenges and offer technical assistance to project engineers.
  • Compile progress reports and maintain clear communication with the project team.
  • Travel to project locations as necessary for support and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical trades is advantageous.
  • Experience in construction or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at various locations.
