POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager in the Enterprise Services sector is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities and team resources for implementation projects within Professional Services. This role ensures that the project goals and objectives align with the expectations of the company and the client, all while adhering to the established timeline, scope, and budget according to i3 Verticals Solution Methodology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze the project Statement of Work (SOW) to establish the schedule, budget, resource requirements, and overall project strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with Solution Consultants to define and execute project objectives.
  • Manage scope expectations by clearly communicating any deviations to all project stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and key personnel.
  • Prepare and present Project Change Requests for any modifications in scope or contracts.
  • Develop and maintain an implementation Project Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly sprint planning and daily standup meetings with the cross-functional project team.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the cross-functional project team to ensure timely progress within budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate resource and project projections for the team's portfolio.
  • Identify, monitor, and address project risks and issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
  • Lead project planning and status meetings with clients and/or management.
  • Communicate project progress and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders through status reports.
  • Coordinate efforts on custom solutions across various departments, integrating multi-department tasks into the overall Project Plan.
  • Establish criteria for evaluating project deliverables and review them for completeness.
  • Develop, maintain, and archive project documentation in a shared repository.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members proactively.
  • Facilitate, document, and share lessons learned at the conclusion of each project.
  • Participate in internal PMO meetings.
  • Incorporate lessons learned into project and process updates across Professional Services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Note: Currently, we are not recruiting from specific states.
