Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Site Superintendent, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients to develop project strategies
  • Track project progress and promptly resolve any arising issues
  • Conduct project evaluations and maintain effective communication with all involved parties
  • Manage project documentation and foster relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction management

Proficiency in various scheduling software

Excellent communication abilities

Capability to juggle multiple tasks and oversee various functions
