Receptionist - Front Desk Coordinator

CAMBA is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, staff, and visitors. Your primary duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Manage our front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
