Job SummaryNY HOTEL MANAGEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor/ Front Desk professional to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless transition between evening and morning shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest concerns, processing night audit reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise hotel staff, ensuring that all team members are working together to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Perform and manage standard accounting tasks, including balancing and reconciling daily accounts.
  • Prepare daily statements and reports for management, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Stock the front desk with daily supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Respond to customer issues and complaints in a quick and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Remain current on in-house groups and property events, providing guests with information and recommendations.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or night audit role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work overnight hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
