Front Desk Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest concerns, processing night audit reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise hotel staff, ensuring that all team members are working together to provide exceptional guest service.
- Perform and manage standard accounting tasks, including balancing and reconciling daily accounts.
- Prepare daily statements and reports for management, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Stock the front desk with daily supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Respond to customer issues and complaints in a quick and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Remain current on in-house groups and property events, providing guests with information and recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a front desk or night audit role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work overnight hours, holidays, and weekends.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
