Receptionist - Cornerstone Programs

Join CAMBA's team as a Receptionist and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. As a key member of our Cornerstone Programs team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing information to clients.
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with mail and package delivery, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as creating reports and presentations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.00.
- Full-time position with 35 hours per week.
