Job Title: Receptionist

Join CAMBA's team as a Receptionist and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. As a key member of our Cornerstone Programs team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing information to clients.
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with mail and package delivery, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as creating reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
