Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team at Wise Up Creative. As the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and employees, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Be the face of our company by greeting all visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Answering and Directing Calls: Handle incoming calls, answer general inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handling Correspondence: Receive and distribute mail and packages, and manage any courier services.
  • Maintaining Front Desk Security: Follow proper security protocols by logging in visitors and ensuring no unauthorized access to the building.
  • Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Providing Information and Support: Offer information regarding office policies, procedures, and services to both guests and employees.
  • Maintaining the Reception Area: Keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Customer Service Skills: Customer-service oriented with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
