  • Guest Communication: Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring all their questions are answered satisfactorily and handling any complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position, with a preference for Hilton experience.
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Skills: Excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills are essential. Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, are strongly desired.
