Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest interactions and hotel operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and personalized assistance to guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in a hotel or related field.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software systems.
