Front Desk Supervisor

- Maintain a positive relationship with members, prospects, and staff
- Know members on a first-name basis
- Assist with club programs to increase member retention
- Review and address Alert reports daily
- Help run and follow up with reports regarding members' accounts
- Ensure the front desk addresses and notes all alerted members
- Hold Front Desk Associates accountable for following procedures
- Train FDAs on front desk operations
- Order retail supplies
- Have a firm grasp of the ABC computer program
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and monitoring
- Communicate daily with staff regarding daily goals and needs
- Hold staff accountable for daily checklists
- Set up a board with employees' goals for supplements, assessment booking, and other items to help the team hit the $ per check-in goal
- Prepare weekly promos for the front desk staff
- Ensure tanning beds are cleaned and ready for use
- Keep front desk staff accountable for laundry and towel management
- Report equipment issues and communicate with the GM
- 40-50 hours per week
- Hours and shifts may vary and are subject to change
- Additional hours may be requested for special events
