About the Role

Abode Services is seeking a skilled Resident Services Coordinator to join our team in Santa Clara County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing housing stabilization services to households who are homeless and/or low-income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling and referral services to increase housing stability, including financial/credit counseling and legal services.
  • Develop individualized housing plans that include a path to permanent housing stability subsequent to financial assistance.
  • Coordinate services to ensure participants are connected to other necessary supportive services.
  • Collaborate with property management to create an environment that fosters a sense of ownership for residents and builds community.
  • Develop a community calendar of educational, recreational, and civic engagement activities and events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field.
  • 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families.
  • Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record, is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings when required.
