Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school district in the Mill Plains area. This full-time, contracted role involves working within the Behavior Developmental Program and managing severe caseloads in a 1:1 setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 Behavioral Support: Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with severe behavioral challenges.
- Collect and Record Data: Gather and document data on student behavior and progress to inform treatment plans and measure success.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create tailored plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success and achieve treatment goals.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided to students.
- Valid RBT Certification: Possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- Experience Working with Students with Severe Behavioral Challenges: Have experience working with students who require intensive behavioral support.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to Follow Detailed Behavior Intervention Plans: Possess the ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans and adapt to changing student needs.
- Compassionate and Patient Demeanor: Exhibit a compassionate and patient demeanor when working with students and their families.
