Job Summary
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Mill Plains area. As a key member of our Behavioral Developmental Program, you will provide 1:1 behavioral support to students with severe behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Requirements
- Valid RBT certification.
- Experience working with students with severe behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
