Behavior Technician Position Available in Educational Support

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to join our team and provide essential support to elementary school students. This role is crucial for fostering positive behavioral development and ensuring student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral assistance to students in an educational setting.
- Execute behavior intervention strategies and plans effectively.
- Collaborate with educational professionals, including teachers and administrative staff, to enhance student outcomes.
- Demonstrate comfort and skill in managing students exhibiting challenging behaviors.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours aligned with the school schedule.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
- Prior experience with elementary-aged children is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
