Columbia River Mental Health Services is seeking a skilled Case Manager - Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Use evidence-based treatment modalities to establish therapeutic rapport and facilitate active engagement in treatment.
- Conduct Diagnostic Assessments: Identify areas of clinical intervention and/or need, and develop Individual Service Plans that include specific timeframes for goal completion.
- Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Teach and assist clients to improve living, coping, symptom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate Care: Work with internal and external providers and informal supports to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor Progress: Continuously assess client outcomes and determine ongoing medical necessity for treatment.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health (preferred), or Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work. Active Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor, LICSW(A), LMFT(A), LMHC(A) required.
- Skills and Qualifications: Experience providing treatment to persons with mental illness or severe emotional disturbances. Ability to conduct mental health assessments, provide individual counseling, and manage treatment plans.
- Competitive Compensation: Starting pay range: $24.87 - $34.29 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 12 paid holidays per year, and 24 days of PTO accrued in the first year.
- Professional Development: $325 annual allowance for career development and education, and 40 hours of paid time off for career development/education.
