Position Overview:
As a Territory Manager at The Hillman Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within your designated area. Our culture encourages innovation and empowers every team member to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to enhance their market presence.
  • Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and generate sales proposals based on analytical insights.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers and management regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete all necessary reporting and maintain organized records of sales activities.

Core Competencies:
Demonstrated leadership, exceptional customer service, effective communication, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 33 months of successful experience in a sales role.
  • Proven territory sales volume of at least $750,000.
  • Strong sales acumen and familiarity with marketing principles.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle and lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows Operating System.
