Position Overview

In the role of Account Executive, you will contribute to HALO's expansion by serving as the primary sales liaison within a designated territory of accounts. The Account Executive is responsible for cultivating, developing, and sustaining customer relationships, ensuring a positive client experience, and driving revenue growth with medium to large-scale prospects and clients through proactive and responsive communication in an office-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct a set number of high-quality proactive sales calls daily, tailored to prospects and clients from provided contact lists to meet monthly and yearly calling objectives.
  • Maintain detailed call notes daily in customer relationship management software.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to current and potential clients through proactive and reactive communication.
  • Independently oversee all pre- and post-sale activities, ensuring the tracking of proposals and orders to completion.
  • Collaborate with fellow Account Executives, supervisory staff, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Adjust call strategies or sales approaches in response to market changes, new funding opportunities, or emerging client needs.
  • Comprehend client requirements to effectively position the value of HALO's products and services.
  • Proactively introduce new offerings as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Account Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also working independently.
  • Strong phone sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to listen effectively.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and oversee projects to completion.
