Core Responsibilities
- Team Development: Cultivate a supportive work atmosphere that empowers all staff members to achieve their maximum potential. Show genuine concern for individual team members and actively work to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Comprehensive Training: Ensure all team members undergo thorough training and assessment before assuming their roles. Facilitate cross-training across various hotel departments to enhance service delivery and brand knowledge.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication within the team and with guests. Take ownership of any issues that arise and implement a robust follow-up strategy for guest and internal requests.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor departmental expenses and labor costs to remain within budgetary forecasts. Adjust resource allocation based on demand and manage overtime effectively.
- Revenue Enhancement: Drive the front desk team to optimize occupancy rates and revenue through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollments.
- Guest Satisfaction: Strive to exceed brand standards in guest satisfaction scores, ensuring all feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee compliance with brand quality assurance standards and ensure all team members are adequately trained to meet these expectations.
- Safety Protocols: Ensure that all team members are trained in safety procedures and emergency protocols, maintaining a secure environment for both guests and staff.
- Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and front office areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
