Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Pathfinder Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of Front Desk Agents, ensuring efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional guest service and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, minimizing wait times and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Train and develop Front Desk Agents, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Delegate and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring smooth team operations and workload distribution.
  • Monitor and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues and de-escalating situations as needed.
  • Promote and upsell hotel rooms and amenities confidently, exceeding revenue targets through persuasive communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a commitment to coaching and development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adept at handling unexpected situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and hotel management software, including point-of-sale systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
