Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
