Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will:
- Report directly to the Vice President of Sales for the Industrial Division.
- Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, focusing on enhancing account management practices.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities and refine sales closing strategies.
- Support the Vice President with insights on strategic account management and customer analysis.
- Oversee sales P&L responsibilities.
This position will involve managing a team of 3-4 sales representatives, ensuring their professional growth and performance alignment with company objectives.
Travel RequirementsExpect approximately 50% travel within the designated territory.
QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
- A minimum of 6 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products, with a preference for candidates from the Lubricants or Chemical sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- A proven track record in generating new business.
- A solid grasp of direct selling principles, coupled with relevant product and industry knowledge.
- The ability to cultivate collaborative relationships across various departments.
- Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
FUCHS offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 annually. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and work-life balance.
