About the Role

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analytics Partner II to join our team. As a key member of our People Analytics team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering people analytics that enhance our reporting capabilities through self-service and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own delivery of end-to-end analytic solutions for key functional areas of the business, leveraging extensive experience with Workday to develop, maintain, and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Consult with leaders across the business to develop analytic roadmaps with a focus on insights that drive growth, distilling complex data insights into compelling and simple stories for a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Partner and support Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategic planning and councils by providing effective employee data, research, and insights, and participate in the analytics community, representing the organization and staying updated on trends and best practices.
  • Evolve our reporting processes to ensure scalability, leveraging Workday and other tools, and identify, scope, and execute high-impact analytics projects.
  • Develop and deliver timely and accurate People business metrics for internal partners, and act as an advisor and subject matter expert on People data, highlighting trends and providing detailed analysis.
  • Maintain strong data integrity and accuracy, continuously improving processes, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute hands-on where needed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on analytics, and people/HR data.
  • Strong proven experience with Workday, with an emphasis on people reporting and analytics.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders and levels.
