The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will partner with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Talent Development and Engagement: Design and deliver programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, including training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations and Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations to resolve employee relations issues.

  • Communication and Influence: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to drive business outcomes and influence decision-making.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent development, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and supporting organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in uncertain or rapidly evolving situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
