Position: Account Manager
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base salary with potential commissions reaching up to $120,000 annually
Company Background: Established in 1977, Echelon has positioned itself as a premier provider of hoses and hose assemblies for both commercial and military sectors globally. In light of our ongoing and anticipated growth, we are in search of a driven and competitive Outside Sales Account Manager who excels in a results-oriented B2B sales atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with established, dormant, and potential clients on a regular schedule to encourage orders for our products.
- Targeting major market segments for sales opportunities.
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Meeting and surpassing individual and departmental financial objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Candidate Qualifications:
- Self-motivated individual with a demonstrated history of 2+ years in outside sales, preferred but not mandatory, with a capacity to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred, though not essential.
- Highly organized and capable of working autonomously.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing various projects simultaneously.
