Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base salary with potential earnings up to $120,000 annually through commissions

Company Background: Established in 1977, Echelon is a premier provider of hoses and hose assemblies for both commercial and military sectors globally. In light of our ongoing and anticipated growth, we are in search of a driven and competitive Outside Sales Account Manager who excels in a results-oriented B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with existing, dormant, and potential clients on a regular schedule to encourage orders for our products.
  • Targeting major markets for sales opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with both current and prospective clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and departmental financial objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individual with a demonstrated history of 2+ years in outside sales, preferred but not mandatory, with a proven ability to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred, though not essential.
  • Highly organized and capable of working autonomously.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing various projects simultaneously.
