Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a seasoned Named Account Manager to enhance our expanding Sales division. This role will serve as a trusted consultant, implementing sales strategies to surpass targets within a designated list of accounts.

Arista appeals to forward-thinking enterprises that prioritize quality and innovation. As such, a strong technical background and proven experience in selling data center solutions are highly advantageous.

  • Surpass defined sales objectives and promote the Arista brand within a specified list of enterprise accounts.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach with key client stakeholders to address business needs related to hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT systems across the Arista product suite, including Software-Driven Cloud Networking platforms, EOS (Open Source Network OS), Cognitive Campus Networking, and Network Monitoring Fabric solutions.
  • Engage with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to articulate Arista's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Arista systems engineers to design and present compelling solutions that reduce total ownership costs.
  • Partner with technology collaborators to identify prospects and showcase leading-edge solutions.
  • Establish and nurture essential channel relationships within your territory.
  • Develop strategic and tactical account plans based on regular business reviews with prospects and clients.
  • Conduct demand generation initiatives such as informative sessions and technology forums.
  • Work alongside Arista colleagues on marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Stay informed about technology partner solutions, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses a proactive mindset and a proven history of technology sales, including relationship-building with existing clients and acquiring new accounts. You are an influencer, capable of acting as a trusted advisor to deliver business value to both end users and key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 8+ years of technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in direct selling to target accounts within the assigned territory, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant background in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user is essential.
  • Strong network and relationships within the territory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Prior experience and technical knowledge in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing.
